Swan

I haven't seen the swans for quite some time so it was good to see that 4 juveniles from last year had survived.

My first conversation of the year was with a Japanese gent on the other side of the river who was unsure whether they were swans or geese
I had to explain that these were 'teenage' swans who were growing their adult feathers...

You couldn't make it up really. ;)
