Tiny Tuesday -Mahonia

The Mahonia shrub always surprises me in that when it's not in bloom it's fairly mundane and you wouldn't give it a second glance, yet when it flowers it's quite showy and attention grabbing.  On the other hand part of grabbing the attention may be because there's not a lot else in flower at the moment but whatever the reason you have to admit it's pretty.

I was going to do all sorts today but having a late night (or more correctly morning) neither of us have done much today and everything has been put off until tomorrow.
