Walking off the cobwebs!

We stayed at my cousin’s overnight, after a fun New Year’s eve.

We got up (very) late and after a fab brunch, we went for a walkabout through the wineyard that overlooks the historic village. In the process, my cousin showed us how to prune the vines — a meticulous process of selecting which offshoot should be kept and which eventually determines the yield of grapes. Nice day :)
