New Year Walk

Mrs F and I went out for a walk down through the estate today with M and D to shake off the old year and get a little exercise before we had New Year’s Day dinner.  I am still taking it slow and steady at the moment although I did have a wee dram at midnight to see in the New Year.   I might keep that a secret when I see the consultant for my follow-up later on.  It was a lovely morning although the temperature has started to fall back to a more normal level for this time of the year.

The extra today is of a United Airlines 777 heading from Frankfurt to San Francisco at 32,000ft.
