A stunning day but I was slow to get going. I ended up being undecided as to where to walk and ended up here. I was annoyed with myself because I thought I should go somewhere a bit different to mark the new year and take advantage of the glorious sunshine. As i headed up in cold shade I knew this was a familiar feeling that I’d written about before...some things don’t seem to change much other than I think I wrote a bit better then and took some better shots too ...getting bored with myself... mind you, feeling under the weather isn’t helping and entirely daunted by resuming the work routine which just makes me cry. I guess it’ll be okay when I get going ...

Mind you, I notice the difference between the and now is that I again went on to see the same friend and was much more at ease in company and stayed for tea and cake. Progress perhaps!
