First Walk of the Year

I always find the first day of the New Year seems to dissappear in a haze so I wanted to get out for a walk and at least feel like I'd done something with it! Unfortunately it seemed like everyone else had the same idea so it was far from peaceful but anyway it was good to get out in the fresh air for a few hours.
