Winter picnic

A wonderful way to welcome the new year. We headed to the beach for some seal spotting and with a picnic in the hope that the sun might shine for us.
As we arrived the cloud broke and the light was fantastic. There were plenty of seals and their pups on the beach, so close too.
The kids enjoyed dashing around in the dunes and we tucked in to New Years Eve leftovers; the poshest picnic ever!
