Happy New Year

A lovely day spent with family. Dad and Chris's mum and dad came for dinner today to celebrate the new year. After lunch Kieran went to watch the Shrewsbury match with Neil and Owen while we stayed at home and chatted. Before they went home, Owen took some pictures for us. We took the same shots on New Year's eve last year, standing in the same positions but we used the tripod and the self timer. This was my favourite although I'd have liked a bit more time to get everyone looking right. Dan vanished upstairs so we had to stop unfortunately.

2018 was a great year involving lots of walking, a special birthday, travel to Rome, Kos and Wales, time spent with family and friends, continuing to do the job that I love and managing to keep the weight off that I lost the year before. I'm looking forward to 2019 as we celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Happy New Year everyone. Wishing you good health and happiness. X
