Happy New Year

A quiet Hogmanay as the family went their various ways or nursed colds.

Went up to the attic rather than Blackford Hill to see the impressive fireworks.

I gave up at 3am. Our son returned after 5. So a quiet 1 January for all of us.Visited or phoned relatives cooked dinner; watched the Incredibles 2 and Dr Who. Tidied up. Put on washings and generally pottered. Daughter and fiancée drove back to Lancaster for work tomorrow. All seems a bit quieter.

A very good 2019 to everyone, whatever it may bring.
