Wide Wednesday . . .The Natural World

The natural world is just out my back door more or less.  The hillside above us has been planted in a variety of trees.  It used to be farm land and grazed.  Now it has been returned to a more mixed land cover.  There are walking and biking tracks through it.  This section is planted in gum trees and reminds me of Australian bush.  The temperature today was also like Australia.  32,c outside and 30.c in the house with all the doors and windows open.  We went to the beach off course.  Finally starting to cool a little now at 8 p.m.
