The Garage Block

Garage blocks were an important part of my early teenage years. We would all meet “Up The Garages” in the evenings and it was the place where you would learn to drink, smoke, swear and sometimes ride motorbikes. There were girls that used to hang out with us as well. That was a different sort of education altogether!
