Belated turkey

When the weather app announced it would be 35 degree C on Christmas Day............. I suggested we didn't cook the turkey.

Fearing that  "we" and the turkey would BE COOKED, in the kitchen.

Mom begrudgingly agreed. 

In her mind Christmas, isn't Christmas, without turkey. 



But it worked out well.  The 3 and half hour BIG COOK on New Year's day, ended up warming the kitchen.

Yes. The temperature was a chilling 18 degrees most of the day.
