Grasmere reflections

A phone call to a friend of my Dad.  Hadn't spoken to her for a while and at 86 she is amazing.  Still full of energy and gets out and about with the U3A.  A role model indeed.

Then to Grasmere to meet a school friend of No 2 son who is over here from Honduras where he works in the charity sector.  Hadn't seen him for several years and it was lovely to catch up and admire the mature (young) man he is growing into.

A positive day.
