Bananas

We have over 600 banana trees on the farm in Lusangazi. Last year we were hit by a fungus which affected many countries in East Africa. We cut and burned and planted new varieties.
These two will soon be ready and the tree holding them will be cut down to be replaced by a new shoot.
If we sell them we get about 2 Euros per 100 bananas. In the market they sell for about ten times this much.
Of course nothing changes, the middle man scores every time.
