The Girls

My mom calls her grandchildren, The Girls.  It fits them.  I snapped some shots of them before my mom's Christmas party for her side of the family.  It is hard for me to see these girls so grown up.  I feel like I'm losing my grasp....and I get sad.  

My mom's party was fun.  There were a bunch of folks there, and lots of cheer.  It is always good to see family.  I don't take photos of such events.  I always think I'm going to....but it never feels right.
