Lutefisk Night

Just got back from our annual after work Christmas dinner. This year the five of us selected Lorry, one of Oslo's most popular restaurants/pubs - famous for serving more than a 100 brands of beers and some really tasty food as well. The lutefisk (air dried cod treated with lye) was fantastic. As was the Gammel Oppland akvavit that we used to swallow it down with.
