The view towards the Lock from Teddington Bridge

What a relief!
Zebedee has been getting short bursts of intermittent searing pain in his head for over a year, sometimes a couple of days in a row and sometimes not for weekes on end, after a long process we had an MRI which has shown that he has sinusitis, so we will be making an appointment with the ENT depatrtment, so good to know what the matter is.

I went to Pilates, did some admin, chucked some stuff out - ongoing clear out the clutter project - nice.
