Popped into Banbury at lunchtime and only found a blip when I returned to the car park!

The fall out from the creation of the new team I have become part of feels very uncomfortable. Its funny with all the challenges I face with work I always find any office conflict the hardest to deal with and find it draining. Its a bit about not trying to constantly make it all right and to concentrate on my own needs and priorities. I love the new job and mustn't let it be railroaded.

So feeling a bit like I need to rest and regroup tonight!
