seals

Thanks for the well wishes yesterday. I spent all morning in bed today and felt better enough for a stroll on the Warren Strand this evening
I was glad I did as there were seals playing in the surf . You can just make out three of them in this shot, Their heads bobbing out in the sun. I was sure they were looking back at me.
Also it was a bright sunny cheery day, always helps
