He is the main character in the picture book of the year. In case you're wondering, like I did, Harry is a cat.

Every year by the end of January we're having 10 days of national interest for picture books and events of reading to children aged 2 until 6. The picture book of the year plays an important part. New age appropriate members of the library in those 10 days will receive a little Harry puppet.
