First world problems

The cap.. s got it for me last year and it normally lives on a mirror next to mu bed for those times i am really cold..

Finally wrote a letter with support to chief exec of local health board over the fact an assessment that is meant to take about a month and fully involve myself has taken 11 months so far..... And erm well ...

Had a rough night last night so spent much of today having spasms and been in a lot of pain and exhausted.

S has just given me a yummy bacon sandwich...

Going to get head down again...
