Halloumi shakshuka

Paddy and Caitlin headed back to London this afternoon - but not before they served this delicious dish of halloumi shakshuka for lunch (the full recipe for which can be found on Paddy's web site). We also played the last game in the Grand Christmas Catan Championship. Although it was really Caitlin's turn to triumph, Mr hazelh won the crown.

The house is rather quiet without any guests. However, this will be rectified with a new set of visitors tomorrow, which includes three teenage girls!

Exercise today: one hour on the exercise bike, walking (9,566 steps).
