Tea with friends

Today was a big day for Arth. We went to Cramlington to see our favourite physio, Heidi, who is a knee specialist. Kate provided the lift which was lovely because we had time for a good natter each way.

Heidi says that I have a good range of movement for this stage. She is concerned that the pain is not under control. I had already made an appointment to see my GP about this tomorrow.

Have an extra couple of exercises to do.

This afternoon I took Mum to Anne and Clare’s for tea. They live in one of the new houses in the village. Here is Mum enjoying the conversation. They wanted to know about her background and she was a bit shy about being the centre of attention.

As you know, I love mono for portraits, but you may be interested to know that Mum was wearing a lacy maroon* top with a matching cardigan over black trousers. Lovely she looked too.

*correction, it’s crushed strawberry!
