Blinded by the sun

Spent most of the day working on my assignment and trying to stay awake after last night's -or is it this morning's?- night shift. Come lunchtime I decided I'd had enough and needed a blast of fresh air so I headed up to the castle.

IT WAS BLOODY FREEZING!!!

So after getting out of the shade of the castle I had a wander through the woods hoping to spy a blip before legging it back to the heated car. I liked the way that the sun was blinding me and making the ground stripey as it came through the trees.
