The Standing Order

The Standing Order was so named as the building used to be Lloyd’s Bank. As a Wetherspoons pub it gets more business these days. There are no banks left in the Old Town, whereas the number of bars and pubs is still quite healthy. I like the fact that The Standing Order is in The Good Pub Guide 2019 already and it’s only 4th January.
