1950 or 2019?

This is downtown Georgetown, Texas. My suspicion is that it looked this same way in 1950. It is a very quaint area with whispers of my hometown of Willmar, Mn, with a similar downtown and buildings of the same era. I have no idea how I was fortunate enough to grab this without any traffic on the street, but it worked out that way for a brief instant.
