Up the Pole

North Shields was like a ghost town today. Shop assistants were standing around looking bored.

The Turkish barber though did have one customer.
I bought a new shade for my table lamp just to spend some money.

Food is still at the bottom of the list though I do quite feel back to "normal".
I ate more soup :( I
