Curry
I had a good session of half an hour in the gym, on x trainer and bike. I can’t believe how unfit I have become - the muscles hurt later in the day.
Nothing to blip except my curry - roasted onion, aubergine and red peppers, with mushrooms, chickpeas and tomatoes.
