More books!

A dull kind of day today and I've not been very keen to go out; it's not helped by having a trapped nerve in my leg.

I've spent some time researching my family history; very useful checking out other people's family trees on Ancestry, though unfortunately many of them are clearly wrong. It's surprising how people jump to conclusions. Today I found a record of Richard Wilkins and his twin brother Richard Wilkins! I know that in times past families were very conservative with their choice of names, but this is going a bit far!

My Blip today is of two recent book purchases, adding to my collection of Richard Mabey's writings. I first came across him many moons ago with 'Food for Free'! 

Incidentally, where did this 'for free' business come from? What's wrong with 'free'?
