Nippy

Pretty cold and frosty this morning, I do like wintry mornings like this. 
We had a his and hers early am trip to the gym which LooseCanon says sets him up for the day . I on the other hand, being more of an owl, feel like death warmed up if I don't take my time to get going in the morning. Anyway, I've recovered now. 
Hellebore in the garden covered in frost. Don't know how they survive.
