Joint ease

So Maddy is getting a bit stiff these days and the vet suggested a joint suppliment. So we sent for some tablets but when they came, out of the 90 only 34 were whole and the rest were either bits or powder. Hey Ho so returned. We found zipvit did a range for animals so sent for them, they are Glucosamine and Chondroitin capsuls but when broken open can be mixed in with her food. (Those on the left) they seem ok time will tell .

I decided my joints could do with a bit of help so sent for some for oomans (those on the right) and when i checked the ingrediants they are exactly the same as Maddys same quantities etc. Except hers has fibre and ash in and mine vitamin C. So like i told her, us two will be running in the Great North Run this year. No i dont mix it in with my dinner i take the capsul whole or rather 3 a day to her 1 a day.

Its supposed to take a month or so before results are seen but I'm sure Maddy is already sprightlier she even ran up the stairs 2 days ago and shes not been up there for over a year. I will keep you posted. Watch This Space.
