Now the history

I am not fond of looking behind. However, today I heard a second time a suggestion, that one should know history. The first time was last week by one organization developer. Today an artist gave the same message. Both are excellent in their work.

I happened to make a spelling mistake to the title. I was supposed to write 'Know the history" but I guess 'now the history' suits as well to the message.
