Winter Wonderland

I guess the cold snap means they can save on the energy bill for the ice.

We popped to The Mall this morning to exchange my Lakeland egg cooker and it was still a bit cloudy, but lovely and sunny when we left.

My shoulder has improved a bit so if the consultant says it is OK next week then I can start swimming again, 200m at first, a two day rest, then 300m etc.  That is something to look forward to (fingers crossed).  She also thinks I probably have a tear in my hip flexor tendon, but said I can do the exercise bike gently, which is better than nothing.

We have started our spring cleaning early and are into decluttering at the moment.
