I was meaning to use up the jar of mincemeat I’ve had in the cupboard for about 2 years. So I randomly decided to make some Viennese topped mince pies. The recipe for the topping was given to me about 20 years ago and is still scrawled on a scrap of paper.
Mini mince pie pieces of heaven.
