Waterloo

We went today to see the "Landscape Photographer of the Year" exhibition which is on at Waterloo station in London on the balcony.  As usual there are some stunning images showing the beauty of the landscape in the UK.  Quite a lot of snow pictures this year - reflecting the snow we had last winter.

We looked at the pictures to the background noise of travellers making their way around the station, station announcements, and the distant echo of an operatic soprano busking on the main concourse below. It was a little surreal!

My blip is of a stained glass window above a rather magnificent stone entrance arch, now partially obscured by the modern balcony.
