Back to Fitness!

Tony ran his first parkrun since his diagnosis today and smashed it!  He achieved his second best time ever, 24.55 for the 5k course at Myrtle.  Several of us Hobblers were marshalling and cheering on Tony, Rickie, Sally and Liz who were also running this week.  It was a big turnout with lots of first timers and almost an unbroken line of runners on the four lap course.

Back home it was time to wash off my Christmas window.  I left the hare till the very last and, at one point, there was just his eye watching me as I scrubbed and scraped, so that's it till next year.

Tony went off to get his hair cut and to do the shopping.  He returned with that plus two jigsaws (including the one you were doing Paula!) so that will be tonight's entertainment.
