Long Walk.

A Walk along the Longendale Trail to the entrance of the three Woodhead tunnels.
The first two were single track tunnels,
The third one double track, was at the time the longest in the country at 3 miles 66 yards.
The last trains to run through the tunnel were in 1981, and it is now owned by the National Grid.
