A friend wrote on one of my photos today: "Oh Alex, you need send a sample of your tresses to the ministry of extraordinary hair in London (yes, I'm sure that's a real place). Incase in 300 years, when humanity becomes so mixed that the rare strawberry blonde victorian ringlet gene becomes extinct. Then scientists can clone your children and release your golden headed offspring back in to the wild. Do it! Do it now!"
