Chocolate and Cheryl Strayed

An awesome end to my day. Not the world's most refined chocolate but I just need a fix tonight. The reading? Amazing. One of the most urgently honest and genuine writers I've ever read.

Today my mom and I went to the movies to see Life of Pi, which I felt I should have read but had not read and so I didn't stop to seek what the movie was about before I bought a ticket, popcorn, and Milk Duds. Filming and story were great, but the graphic animals eating animals and terror of being trapped alone and afloat in a tiny life raft with a Bengali Tiger had my head in hands half the time. Pretty beautiful nature imagery made it all worth it!.
