Manufacturing tolerances

Today's project was to assemble a new brush guard (Bumper) to the rear of my quad/ATV. Most all went fairly well until I realized that the new bracket was laying against the muffler. Well this wont work very well so I had to improvise a spacer arraignment. I would expect the muffler location is at fault with it's "suspended" mounting system. All in fun a days work. Not too sure if the arrow is "legal" on BF... we'll see.
