Winter Sky

The sky this afternoon was just beautiful. Our recent warm weather was quickly being blown away by a brisk breeze that brought some rather spectacular clouds along with it. It all seem to happen just as the sun was setting.
I must have taken dozens of shots but I liked this one best because of the way the sun was reflecting beneath the clouds making them stand out. After viewing the photos on my computer I was thinking how amazing that they were taken right out my back door.
Thank goodness for the weather change too...I much prefer cool (not cold) December days. It felt positively weird to have it above 70 in December yesterday! Looks like the sky today agrees with me!
