To yourself

Its been a good day today. I've been at work which is always a pleasure. We took the Xmas decorations down, packed them away and stored them in the cupboard for next year.

After work I was lucky to be invited to a special little girl's second birthday. I was late due to work but they waited for me to arrive to cut the cake. How lovely is that.

On my way to work on the radio this morning I listened to the local radio station. They were talking away and then said three things to think about before speaking and I've thought about these often during the day.

1. Is it true.
2. Is it necessary.
3. Is it kind.

If anyone of these are missing, best keep it to yourself.
