Blip Block!

Fell over this piece of technological wizardry in a box with lots of other useless bits I hated to throw away. I think it came from a car radio I replaced in one of my cars some years ago the 2 x 20watts being a clue indicating perhaps speakers...otherwise I haven't a clue apart from I thought it made an unusual Blip:)
