Neighbor's barn

For years this was a fruit orchard. The owner of the orchard did not live there, but would come and care for the trees, then sell the fruit. We had permission to help ourselves to any of the fruit. After the owner died, the farm was sold and divided. Some new houses were built on it, but the orchard next to us sat empty and forsaken. Some time back the son of the new owner started to prepare the land for what we understand is 
a cattle operation of some sort. He uprooted all the old fruit trees, and burned them in huge piles. He has mowed it a few times. Not sure what's coming next, or when. Stay tuned...
