2019 Sunday — Bedroom View

After Saturday’s wet weather, our Sunday morning glance out the bedroom window revealed that there would be more moisture. The rain looked promising all morning and then arrived at 2:00 p.m.

Once the drops of water started, it did not stop until late into the night and the wind blew ferociously. Shortly after 11 p.m. as we tucked ourselves into bed, the weather was not settling down, but rather acting-up.

The first Sunday of January was a stay at home day and very enjoyable. I cooked us a very big breakfast and later, mid-evening, I cooked us a delicious dinner. Then we watched a couple of videos, one a Moody Blues concert and the other, a movie, In Your Eyes, in our little front room staying warm and toasty with our little room heater. I discovered a Moody Blues song that was new to me and very enjoyable, “I Know You are Out There Somewhere.”

And that was Sunday!
