Chilly Walk

I had my first solo walk of 2019 today. It wasn’t the best weather for a walk, chilly, windy and generally dreich, but I did it and feel better for it.

This bridge is in Burdiehouse Burn Valley Park which is near where I live. It was great to get out in the fresh air. I hadn’t meant to walk as far as I did as I have a sore foot, but I ended up doing over 10k steps. I did stop along the way for a coffee and a blether with Mike at the Yes Hub.
