Daily treat
It's a good thing I provided an emergency blip before going to work since I didn't blip anything else today.
Since a few weeks this is part of my daily menu. Easy to make, easy to take along, healthy, tasting good and quick to consume during work hours. Benefits all around.
Some ground oat flakes and chia seeds and a couple of squeezed oranges sometimes with some other fruit like blueberries.
