Blanchland.....

Left them to it this morning and took Littlemiss for a wee road trip south of the border to do the Grandparents graves, as never managed down before Christmas. Stopped off in Hexham then round to Edmundbyres via Blanchland. The Derwent reservoir has a bit more water in it than the last time I was down. Then you could make out the shapes of some of the ruined buildings that were flooded when the reservoir was filled , my Grandparents Farm being one of them.
