Rain Drop
The shot just about sums up the day, well the weather anyway. I had promised myself to clear up yet more leaves at the Lodge. We have one broad leafed plant a tiny Acer brilliantissimum. I could almost count the leaves on it yet we have great drifts of leaves from what seems like every other garden on the site.
Using a garden vac on wet leaves isn't my idea of fun so that is another job waiting to be done. Instead we continued the deep cleaning of the Lodge as we do each winter when we have no visitors.
The blip is a rain drop on a twig on the brilliantissimum.
