Rydal Hall

Can you believe I set off today with a camera and 3 flat batteries. That was after the blue sky dragged me away from finishing my latest Rebus story and told me I could not stay in on a day like this. Not yet up to a full walk with the Tuesday Run crowd, I meandered round the Rydal Hall estate with a fellow poorly walker, marvelling at the weather on a January day in The Lakes, ending up their fine cafe, before lunch with the runners in the Badgers Bar.
Now off to finish Rebus.
